Hi all and 93
Chris here. I am now 41 years old (somehow I made it this far). Male, white, tired, living in Colorado, married. Proud father of a black cat named Vladislav Costa, the vampire.
I love playing drums and would welcome anyone who wants to collaborate with recording.
I love learning, and have been on a Thelemic path since about 2011.
I am grateful to Mick for making the AC sections in this most hallowed of Kenneth Grant forums.
If I am not learning, then I love just plain reading for entertainment, especially (of course) weird fiction. Outside of Ewers, Lovecraft and circle, Murakami, Ligotti, Rohmer, if you know of any strange fiction, please send it my way.
Much love to all. 93s

Welcome to the Primal Grimoire forums, Chris. Good to see you here. Shame about LAShTAL, but all good things come to an end sooner or later (or do they?). Though I was a member of LAShTAL for just a tad less than twenty years – and only joined in the first instance to read what Paul had written about the April 2004 'Thelema Beyond Crowley' conference to mark the centenary of the Reception of The Book of the Law – I largely enjoyed my time there. A bit too Crowley-centric for me, but there was a lot of useful information and discussions.
I was looking at your username icon, and thinking: surely not? So I just fetched out a pb copy of Beyond the Mauve Zone, and was reassured. Interesting distortion on the lower bee, making it look as if it's been at the mead.

Hello again, Chris.
Same old here, the early spring flowers are starting to go, and mid-spring ones starting up, and i am on the bike more often as well.
Missing our daily dose of Shiva, have not heard from him in a bit, and hoping he is well.

"Missing our daily dose of Shiva"
I was hoping he might hear tell of our migration to this site and join us, at least for a few words here and there.
Shiva's posts on Lashtal were always entertaining and he kept conversations alive and moving about with his humor-or invite to step into the "Octagon." But he also dropped some serious "words to the wise" and I often wondered if he didn't see Lashtal as a means to clap out his picture of "Life, the Universe and Everything" for the help and benefit of those who might stop and consider his posts more deeply. He worked within Lashtal as something of an Elder-Statesman/Bodhisattva. Some who were immature sensed something of his stature and wanted to punch above their weight, like yappy little dogs barking their threats at a passing semi.
Fortunately, Shiva was generous with us on a regular basis, offering many documents to all for free. We could certainly have built a book from his posts on Lashtal, combing through for the "greatest hits." Alas...no access anymore.
All that being said, here's a high five, Chris! Very happy you are here and I'm looking forward to your future posts! I second your sentiments re: Mick adding the additional departments. If one steps off from dogmatic debates or sectarian schisms, it is clear that Kenneth Grant and his Typhonian legacy maintains a clear and enduring appreciation for the work and relevance of Aleister Crowley! The dialogue thereby delivered can only be interesting, at the least!

It seems that the older we get the less we feel the need to say? But I do have some thoughts, and if I am lucky I will have the impetus to say them to the keyboard and then maybe the keyboard will be nice enough to share them with you all too. Not promising anything valuable, let alone interesting. Just sayin' ! I have been doing astral rituals the last week so now it's time for some proper mal coûte, non? malkuth uncouth.
