Perhaps I shouldn't be revealing this, but as an individual who values Gnosis and Wisdom (and integrity to Stellar Magickal Currents) above mundane politics, I figured I should bring to light certain claims perpetrated by Thomas Karlsson (founder of Dragon Rouge).
NOTE: While I am affiliated with a Left-Hand Path Temple, I wish to express the fact that I refused to join the Caliphate OTO due to my sincere devotion to Grant and the Typhonian Tradition, and while I am technically a paying member of Dragon Rouge, I do not plan to continue my affiliation with them after the expiration of my annual membership due to the reasons made clear below.
Karlsson is making the bold claim that Dragon Rouge is the only true and legitimate channel/transmitter of the Draconian Path.
Bold indeed, since the Typhonian/Draconian Stellar Gnosis is not located on the Earthly plane, and is "outside the circles of Time", and in the Silent Aeon, therefore Karlsson (or anyone else for that matter), has absolutely zero authority (whether magickal or mundane) to claim their order to be the "sole" vessel of the Draconian Tradition.
I wonder, in light of this bit of information, the Typhonian Order thinks of this matter?

People always get caught up in their power games and One True Only'isms. Its all rubbish of course, the Gnosis has no concept of Orders or politics. As they say, vote with your feet

Other than what I've read in newsletters, I know little of Dragon Rouge nor Mr. Karlsson. That being the case, I couldn't comment as to the veracity of his claim. That being said, I would tend to question his definition of the term "legitimate", "Draconian Path" and/or other such verbiage.
Whenever anybody asks if I belong to any religion, I always answer: "Yes, I do. In fact, I belong to the one true faith, I'm the only member, and we don't take converts".

I know and care little of Dragon Rouge (which I mistook for the Grand Grimoire for years) but here is my opinion. I always keep in mind my founding tenets : - Nothing is true and all is permitted.
- The only Dogma is that Beliefs are interchangeable and used as a tool.
- The nature of magick is holographic and expressed trough subjective interpellation.
I really like how Dion Fortune describe the Initiation; Only the Grand Initiator can Initiate the Adept. Everyone telling otherwise is lying. (and probably trying to get something from you) Also; that the true brotherhood is not of the physical plane but,to quote KG, is pre-Human wave. The only "Order" that should matter, I would describe as Crowley wrote(paraphrasing):" I am part of a college that has no location. It has no body of texts nor schedules. But when encountering another Member, they are recognize undeniably." Anyone talking absolutes is selling snake oil imho. Cheers
