A recurrent dream of encountering hitherto unsuspected KG texts in shadowy bookshops that elude a second visit.
Wish-fulfilment ... or perhaps the KG corpus is greater than the sum of its manifest parts? Any thoughts?

I had a dream about ten years ago that contained a non-existent book by Kenneth Grant. The book physically resembled Hecate's Fountain but contained a star chart showing how certain stars across our galaxy physically align to the tree of life pattern. Interestingly this star chart picture was in the style of Steffi Grant's artwork. While reading text from the book the term "NOX-NOX" stuck out to me. This double NOX term doesn't show up in any of Grant's books but the concept of a dual night or double darkness doesn't seem foreign to his ideas. Somehow it seemed significant enough to me at that time to have lingered in the back of my mind ever since. I also took it as a play on "knock knock" as in it trying to get my attention and open the door. It was soon after this dream that I began seriously exploring dream magics and developing my own "oneiric sorcery".
At the time of that dream I had been reading Grant's books for about ten years so it is no surprise to me that something should model itself in a related fashion in one of my dreams. It would have been more astounding had I never heard of Kenneth Grant but dreamed of his books and then discovered real world books by him later. Given what I know of the content of dreams though even in that case I would question whether I had come across Kenneth Grant at some point in my life but have no conscious memory of it. After my own dream experiments I have come to highly suspect that all of our dream's contents can be traced to something we have experienced in some way or another. What is significant about dream contents is the rearrangement and presentation. The daemonic intelligences that inhabit the contents of our subconscious to communicate always use vehicles that are sympathetic to their function. This may not be obvious to the average dreamer but to occultists it should become apparent.

Perhaps he was busy planting mind treasures in the void for us to discover when the stars are right and our minds ripe?
I had a dream a few years ago where I was having tea with Grant, and he gave me a one liner that was The Answer to everything - the mysteries of the universe revealed in a flash of sudden insight. I was so thrilled I woke immediately, but with a feeling that something had been lost, as I could not remember what he had said. Reminiscent of the Lost Word of Freemasonry in some ways, as of course "the answer" lies within.
